Voices To Emotions

Voices to Emotions is a cloud based platform for callcenter managers to preemptively detect stress and burnout in their employees by using Artificial Intelligence to analyse emotions.

The project

We created a machine learning model to detect when an employee experience an increase in negative emotions, which is linked to stress, and predicts burnout and quitting their job. Besides, several other factors that lead to burnout are taken into account as well. We developed an application to communicate all of this information in a clear way with suggestions for call to action: likeliness-to-leave as a percentage, graphs showing the evolution of several risk factors, and tips for the manager on how to make the employee feel appreciated (adjusted for the urgency of their specific case). In conclusion, we built an application that supports customer service managers with gauging the wellbeing of their team, in an employee-focused, personal, and caring approach.
